We provide free shipping anywhere in New Zealand on purchases over $30.00. For orders under $30.00 we charge a shipping fee of $6.00 per order.
All parcels are tracked and you will be provided a tracking number on request. All orders received will be dispatched the following business day unless we can get it dispatched the same day.

Incorrect Product – if we have stuffed up and sent the wrong product in error, apologies, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will pay for the return of the product but we will need you to package the product up and it must be in the same condition – labels and tags still attached.
Damaged product on arrival – ALL products are checked prior to shipping, so shouldn’t be damaged, if you notice significant damage to the packaging when it arrives please take some photos and contact us immediately so we can arrange to the claims process if required.
If the product is faulty and we failed to pick up on that – please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery. We will pay for the return of the product but we will need you to package it up and it must be in the same condition – labels and tags still attached. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, if the same product is out of stock, then we will offer a refund or shop credit.
Unhappy with your purchase? If our product does not meet your requirements on delivery, we have a 7-day money back guarantee on our products. The product must be returned in the same condition it was dispatched to you in, including original display packaging, labels and tags still intact. You pay for the return shipping and we will arrange a refund on receipt of the product.
Wish to exchange? Wrong size or color? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to return the product in the same condition it was dispatched to you in, including original display packaging, labels and tags still intact. You pay for the return shipping, once we have received the product back we will credit your account and you can complete a new purchase for the correct product.
If we have counted our stock incorrectly and for any reason, we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you the next business day (if not the same day) and discuss alternatives or arrange a refund or shop credit. The choice will be yours.
